Cancellation of items or order is to be informed to the Chart Service Center by means of telephone, facsimile or Inquiry Form.

Returns & Replacements

Any request for return or exchange of a product according to the customer's demand will be accepted only when such request reaches to JHA within 8 days of the receipt of the product on the condition that the carriage (postage) will be borne by the customer. Dispatch of a replacing product will be made after confirming the receipt of the returned product.

If it happened to receive "different product", "different quantity of product", "inferior product", etc. due to a mistake on the JHA side, the customer is kindly requested to return such products to JHA within 8 days of the delivery on C.O.D. basis of the carriage (postage).

Any return or exchange of product will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is already used (including the opened package according to a product).
  • Any flaw or damage is caused on the customer's responsibility.
  • No contact is made within one week of receipt of the product.
  • Any product ordered outside this Shopping Site.

Method of Return

Enter the name and quantity of the items to be returned on the reverse side of the receipt, and return it together with the product to the following address in the same package condition delivered as far as possible:
